ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 6–9 business days
• Canada: 6–12 business days
• Europe: 7–15 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–20 business days

DELAYS
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Public holidays
• High shipping volumes
PocketRetroCam is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
PocketRetroCam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
